Tara is on the junior varsity basketball team with Kate and Jessica. She remains friends with Sherrie after her falling out with Kate. However, she soon connects with Annie during What the Cards Said, seeking her Tarot skills for advice on whether or not to have sex with her boyfriend, Al Dillinger. Despite deciding against it, Sherrie spread the rumor around the school that they had, resulting in Tara leaving the Graces behind. When Kate opens up about her involvement with Wicca, Tara thinks it sounds interesting and expresses interest in checking out the class. Though we never hear of her attending one, by the end of the series, she is a regular member of the Three's social circle.
