The 2002 edition of A Witch Alone by Marian Green

A Witch Alone: A Handbook for Solitaries is a book on solitary practice, given to her by Jane, that Cooper considers during Initiation. The book contains information about self-initiation, and though Cooper decides that she does not want to be a solitary, she raises the issue with Annie and Kate about starting their own coven.

It may be inspired by, a real-world book of the same title by Marian Green. However, they refer to the author as "he", probably inspired by Scott Cunningham, author of Wicca: A Guide for the Solitary Practitioner
